POLIS is a continuously growing and well-capitalized company that acquires office properties for its own portfolio and focuses on modernization, revitalization, and management of these properties.

As a specialist with many years of experience in real estate modernization and management, we concentrate on office properties with potential for value appreciation in prime inner-city locations at the most important German office locations.

We are looking for a student to join our team for a dual study program in Technical Facility Management starting on October 1st, 2024.

Responsibilities:

During the program, you will alternate between theoretical phases at the university and practical training at POLIS.
In the practical part, you will gain a full insight into our company and learn about technical property management, construction, commercial property management, sales, acquisition, financing, accounting, and asset management.
Over time, you will gain a comprehensive overview and in your third year, you will write your thesis on a topic that is relevant to POLIS and will be supervised by our team.
Regular feedback conversations will help you to fully develop your potential.

Qualifications:

You have a good to very good degree in general or specialized high school diploma with good grades in mathematics and physics.
You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as good time management.
