Responsibilities

Responsible for comprehensive commercial management of residential properties
Comprehensive support for tenants and rental contracts
Planning and commissioning of maintenance and repair measures
Selection, management, and monitoring of external service providers
Contribution to sustainable cost optimization and economic development of the real estate portfolio

Requirements

Completed commercial training in the real estate sector, e.g. as a real estate clerk
Professional experience in commercial property management of residential properties
Enthusiastic and assertive personality with organizational talent, communication and decision
