    Hello Jubilee is looking for a rockstar Creative Lead with a natural and dynamic ability to tell impactful stories. We're searching for a YouTube-obsessed development expert who is excited about owning Jubilee's ideation process from ideation to production. The ideal candidate has a strong POV and pulse on today's culture and generation, and is excited to push forth the Jubilee mission through meaningful conversation-based content.

    The Job

    The Creative Lead will own the development process for all of Jubilee's discussion-based content You'll oversee the ideation process, inspiring our creatives to push the boundaries of meaningful conversation in a way that's never been done before. In this role, you'll shape and optimize the way we tackle ideation, collaborate with bright and talented creatives, and work to develop impactful and digitally savvy content for our audience of 8.5+ million

    What you'll do:

    • Oversee and manage the development cycle of new show formats centered around debate and discussions
    • Create a comprehensive strategy for content ideation and development, including metrics for success
    • Push forth meaning and impactful conversations by pitching episode ideas for both new shows and our hit show Middle Ground
    • Collaborate with our Directors to ideate on existing and new formats Jubilee
    • Provide thoughtful, productive, and actionable feedback to our internal team at each stage of development and production
    • Work with our creative leadership team to identify and source talent to appear on our channel
    • Partner with our Brand Partnership team to develop and pitch custom branded content
    • Collaborate with our Creative Leadership team to streamline and optimize the ideation to production process
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase our creative output
    • Plan and lead company-wide brainstorm sessions
    • Identify and flesh out the development of creative leads generated by internal collaboration
    • Proactively research current events and trends with the goal of pitching new, dynamic show and episode ideas

    Who you are:

    • 5+ years of creative development experience
    • A YouTube obsessed creative with a strong background in digital content creation
    • Experience ideating fresh original content: new series, shows, and concepts in the digital space
    • Confident in managing a team of creatives and leading creative ideation
    • Experienced creative with a background and understanding of production
    • Powerful storyteller with a strong pulse on today's culture and the digital media landscape
    • Have a deep understanding of Jubilee's brand and mission and own the ability to creatively integrate that into long form content
    • High-level communicator and collaborator

      **PLEASE NOTE: Jubilee has a hybrid work culture and we are currently working in-office 3 days at work with 2 days a week of remote work. As such, all candidates must be on-site in El Segundo 3 days a week and thus based near the office or willing to relocate.**
