In-house Legal Counsel for Legal Protection Services (m/f/d) - Full-time or Part-time

Your central role:

Applying your in-depth legal knowledge to practice

In this role, you will be responsible for handling written and telephone inquiries regarding legal protection services, in accordance with formal and substantive law.
You will independently handle telephone and written inquiries from our legal protection clients on all legal areas, assessing insurance coverage and success prospects, and managing the costrelated processing according to the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG).
You will accompany our clients throughout the entire claims process.
Your work will also include participation in projects.

Your profile:

Negotiation-savvy lawyer

You have successfully completed a degree in law (2nd state examination).
You have relevant professional experience in the legal or insurance sector, as well as knowledge of the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG) and the Court Costs Act (GKG).
Your strong knowledge of substantive law and your ability to analyze complex situations and communicate them in an understandable way make you stand out.
In addition, you excel in empathy, independence, and a systematic approach, and enjoy interacting with people.
Your profile is rounded off by your negotiation skills and resilience.
