Are you highly skilled in numbers and have a passion for accurate bookkeeping? Then you've come to the right place We are currently seeking a Finance Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) for our client near Augsburg.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Invoice posting
  • Invoice verification and payment processing
  • Indexing delivery notes
  • Indexing and posting invoices
  • Transferring bookings and granting payment approvals
    - Checking invoices in consultation with the respective departments
  • Processing weekly payment processes
  • Processing monthly closings
  • Conducting preparatory payroll accounting

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
  • You have practical experience in a similar position
  • You have a good command of MS Office
  • You are known for your meticulous and structured work style and your high level of confidentiality
