At Glenwood, we are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Project Manager for our development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from the initial stages to series development. You will work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and development service providers to ensure the feasibility of the project. Your responsibilities will include conducting requirement analysis, developing concepts, and managing resources to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the design and development of components, considering factors such as durability, stiffness, acoustics, and manufacturability. You will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the approval of the project scope. As a Project Manager, you will also handle problem and change management for your assigned projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a related field. You should also have expertise in gearbox development and be proficient in CATIA V5. Fluency in German and English is required, along with strong analytical skills, initiative, independence, and excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
