Because what could be better than walking into the bakery in the morning and being greeted by a friendly smile? Our salespeople are the faces of our bakery and serve as the most important interface to our customers.


We are currently looking for new colleagues in part-time or full-time (65 to 152 hours) for our locations in Bad Pyrmont.


Responsibilities:

  • You sell our baked goods and snacks professionally, including engaging in friendly customer conversations.
  • You prepare snacks, bake fresh rolls, and make various coffee specialties.
  • Together with your colleagues, you ensure an attractive presentation of our products.
  • As a team, you are responsible for keeping the store clean.

Qualifications:

  • You enjoy interacting with customers and are a true team player.
  • You have a sense for freshness and quality.
  • Flexible working hours (early and late shifts) are not a problem for you.
  • A completed apprenticeship as a salesperson or knowledge of the industry is an advantage, but not a requirement to start with us
