  • Independent review, processing, and booking of incoming invoices and credit notes for suppliers within the assigned scope
  • Management, processing, and securing of internal document flow
  • Processing of internal and external reminders
  • Compliance with internal and external regulations, contracts, and deadlines
  • Proactive communication with internal departments and suppliers

This profile should be reflected in your application:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field
  • Ideally practical experience in human resources
  • Proficient in SAP
  • Fluent in German and good English skills due to the international nature of the company
