Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the management and administration of the facility (afterschool program with 20 spots)
  • Implementation of guidelines and regulations set by the organization and the state
  • Leadership and development of the team
  • Continuous development of the pedagogical concept
  • Supervision of the afterschool care for students:
Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
During school holidays, the opening days will follow the regulations of the daycares.

  • Individual homework support
  • Promotion and care of children in creative and sports activities
  • Designing individual and group activities
  • Building and maintaining networks

Qualifications:


  • Completed qualified pedagogical training according to the specialist agreement for childcare facilities in Rhineland-Palatinate (e.g. educator, social pedagogue, or special education teacher with at least one year of relevant work experience)
  • Experience as a facility manager or deputy facility manager is desirable
  • Enjoy working with young people and their families
  • Solutionoriented attitude and approach
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Class B driver's license
  • Interest and openness to participate in further development
