Stäudle GmbH is a medium-sized family business that has been in operation for 130 years. With around 30 employees at our location in Öhringen, we specialize in the production of self-adhesive labels. We face the diverse challenges of our renowned clients with the goal of achieving outstanding results. We work for local winemakers as well as large industrial clients worldwide, because it's the difference that sells. This statement applies not only to us, but also to all of our clients. Our focus is not only on label printing, but also on providing holistic solutions for our customers, whether product-based or process-oriented. We support our clients from planning to implementation.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


Order processing:

You are responsible for coordinating our customer orders smoothly - from individual calculations to submitting quotes, to completion and invoicing.

You will work closely with various departments such as prepress and production.


Consulting and support:

Your responsibilities include proactive consulting and support for our existing and new customers via phone, email, and occasionally through personal visits or participation in trade fairs.

You will document processes in our ERP system and track sales opportunities to identify our customers' potential.


Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training in the industry or a degree in business administration
  • Enjoyment and experience in direct customer contact (B2B)
  • Business acumen combined with technical understanding
  • Structured and goaloriented work style with a strong focus on customer needs
