In Isle, MN,
Personal Assistance is about supporting people with physical disabilities in their daily lives. The goal of assistance is to enable people with disabilities to live independently. Previous experience is not necessary.
Career changers are just as welcome as experienced
assistance workers.

The services usually take place as block shifts of
24 hours, including rest and sleep times. A full-time employee, for example, would work an average of

  • Option for oncall duty with attractive additional compensation
  • A substitute worker schedule to support teams in case of longer absences

What you offer:

  • Enjoyment of working with people
  • Reliability
  • Willingness to spend weekends with our clients
  • Conscientiousness and empathy
  • Availability for 24hour shifts, including breaks and rest periods
