Job Advertisement for Department Head (m/f/d) Continuing Education Programs


The BGI Berlin Society for Integration is currently seeking a Department Head (m/f/d) for the Continuing Education & Qualification department.

BGI sees itself as a regional labor market service provider for our diverse customer groups.

Our main areas of work include our school, where we prepare young people and young adults for state school qualifications BBR, eBBR, and MSA, and our tutoring institute.

We also offer measures for activation and professional development, job placement, and German courses for various target groups.

Employment measures according to - 16 d and 16 e SGB II, which we offer in 7 Berlin job centers, complete our range of services as a labor market service provider.


Requirements:


  • Completed degree
  • Experience in the field of activation, ESF, BAMF, and continuing education
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Experience in business administration

Responsibilities:


  • Content responsibility for the implementation of measures assigned to the department by the client or funding provider
  • Organizational responsibility for the implementation of measures assigned to the department
  • Personnel management (identifying needs, independent selection of employees, complete personnel management, continuing education)
  • Financial responsibility for measures with decisionmaking authority for the organization and implementation of the measure
  • Responsibility for administrative processing of measures
  • Responsibility for billing, scheduling, and meeting deadlines
