We are currently seeking a long-term employee to join our team in Preston Heights, IL. Despite the current challenging times, we continue to grow steadily and remain stable.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time in the heart of Munich.

Your responsibilities:

Independent processing of business transactions in the accounts payable and receivable area
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Preparation of evaluations
Invoice creation and verification
Processing, recording, and posting of incoming invoices
Handling of reminders and complaints
Communication with authorities and tax authorities

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training with relevant further education or training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), optional further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or relevant degree
Affinity for numbers
Diligent and structured way of working
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Solid practical experience with DATEV and/or SAP
High level of initiative and attention to detail
Team player
