Stoneville, MS 'Operations Bremen' is currently seeking a Project and Organizational Assistant and Education Support (m/f/d) for the Potential Analysis.

This position is available immediately and is limited until December 31, 2023. The work location is in 28207 Bremen and is part-time, 20-30 hours per week.

The IB West gGmbH of the Internationaler Bund is active in the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, and Bremen.

We are looking for a Project and Organizational Assistant and Education Support (m/f/d) for the Potential Analysis to join our team as soon as possible.

The Potential Analysis is a strengths-based and action-oriented method for assessing competencies, which is available to all students in the 8th grade of general education schools and special education centers in the state of Bremen as a central element of career orientation.

The goal is to examine and discuss the methodological, social, and personal competencies of young people in group and individual tasks, with a focus on comparing self-perception and external perception, as well as providing career guidance.
