HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

Support our employees in all personnelrelated matters
Advise and support our managers on all personnel and labor law issues
Recruiting and selection of qualified employees in close cooperation with the departments, as well as initiation and management of the onboarding process
Personnel administration (from employment contracts to references) including preparation of payroll
Review and approval of salary payments for our employees working abroad
Preparation of HR reports
Development, optimization, and implementation of HR policies and processes
