As a Lead Enrolled Agent, you will be responsible for representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for tax-related matters.
Your primary duties will include preparing and filing tax returns, providing tax planning and consulting services, and representing clients during IRS audits, appeals, and collections proceedings.
Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients to optimize their tax situation and minimize liabilities.
- Represent clients before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collections proceedings.
- Respond to IRS inquiries and notices on behalf of clients, including drafting and submitting written correspondence.
- Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and changes to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
- Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their taxrelated concerns and provide guidance on tax matters.
- Collaborate with other tax professionals and advisors to develop comprehensive tax strategies for clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tax preparation, planning, and representation.
- Active PTIN & Enrolled Agent license.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Payroll and sales tax knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in tax filings and documentation.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
