**Natsu Foods is a food production company located in Neuss near Düsseldorf. We supply our ultra-fresh convenience products to over 2,800 supermarkets in Germany and many customers in neighboring countries. You may have seen our products in the supermarket or one of our 90 refrigerated trucks on the road.


We are currently seeking a Production Assistant (m/f/d) - Premium Sushi Assortment to join our team in Fairfax, CA.
Grow with us and work in our new workshop, assisting our sushi chefs in producing our new sushi creations.


Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of our highquality and new Natsu sushi creations
  • Supporting and assisting the sushi chefs
  • Packaging the various components into packaging units
  • Checking the correct product composition
  • Sorting out any defective products
  • Sealing the packaging units and preparing the packaged goods for downstream production processes
  • Cleaning and maintaining the work area in compliance with hygiene standards

What you bring:

  • Willingness to work in shifts in a hygienic environment with refrigerated temperatures °C)
  • Physical resilience for predominantly standing work
  • Quick comprehension and a careful and conscientious work style
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Advanced German and English skills
  • Experience in food production or (largescale) kitchen is an advantage
