At Vibracoustic in Oroville, CA, we are dedicated to empowering people and creating innovative technology.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials to our customers and suppliers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders and optimizing logistics processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and coordinate the flow of materials to customers and suppliers
  • Act as the main point of contact for logistics with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate mapping of logistics processes in SAP R/3 MM and PP
  • Minimize tiedup capital and storage locations and optimize as needed
  • Monitor material stocks and manage fluctuations in demand and supply

Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training, such as industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or relevant further education
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/
  • Familiar with logistics processes in an international setting
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
