Your responsibilities:

  • Professional support of our pharmacy customers as the first point of contact via email and telephone
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing competent assistance with customer inquiries
  • Independent case processing in collaboration with colleagues
  • Participation in the optimization and further development of customerrelated processes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Friendly and communicative nature, with a solutionoriented approach to work
  • Proficiency in working with support systems such as Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), technical understanding of Apple iPad is a plus
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
