Your responsibilities:
- Professional support of our pharmacy customers as the first point of contact via email and telephone
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing competent assistance with customer inquiries
- Independent case processing in collaboration with colleagues
- Participation in the optimization and further development of customerrelated processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and experience in customer service is advantageous
- Friendly and communicative nature, with a solutionoriented approach to work
- Proficiency in working with support systems such as Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), technical understanding of Apple iPad is a plus
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
