We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel (f/m/d) to join our team at E.ON Business Solutions GmbH.


Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support for E.ON's Energy Infrastructure Solutions Business for B2B customers in Germany and other European countries
  • Draft and negotiate various agreements related to sustainable energy solutions, such as combined heat and power plants, onsite electricity, heat, and cooling solutions, and energy efficiency measures for E.ON's B2B customers
  • Advise on complex regulatory issues in the energy sector and guide the business through them
  • Offer handson legal support for the development, planning, construction, and execution of new decentralized energy solutions
  • Provide legal guidance for supply chain, project delivery, operation and maintenance, and claim management matters
