For our client, a leading company in the consumer goods industry based in Hamburg Billbrook, we are currently looking for a Personnel Officer with preparatory payroll accounting (m/f/x). Become part of this great company. This position is a direct permanent position with our client. We support you in the placement process and offer all our services free of charge.

What to expect:

  • Independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting
  • Examination and approval of payroll
  • Contact person (m/f/x) for tax and social security law questions
  • Independent personnel administration from contract creation to termination
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Support in optimization and digitization processes
  • Preparation of personnel-related statistics and participation in HR projects

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on payroll accounting
  • Very good knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with payroll and time recording systems
