Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for Silver City, CA:
We are currently seeking an administrative assistant (m/f/d) for our location in Marl, to start as soon as possible, for the area of invoicing.
Your responsibilities:
- Review and invoicing of service records
- Creation of order evaluations, target/actual comparisons
- Review and invoicing of incoming invoices
- Preparation of offers, order confirmations and invoices
- Data entry and processing of customer contract data
- Monitoring of different types of contracts and activities/orders
- Controlling (order management) and resulting correspondence with customers
- Processing of tenders, supplier approvals, etc.
- Assumption of other tasks in crossdepartmental areas
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in the field of accounting and finance is an advantage
- Very good PC skills in common office programs
- Structured, independent and careful way of working
- Team spirit, communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Quick comprehension
- Flexibility
- Knowledge of Lexware or comparable merchandise management systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
