This is a workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM). The facility is part of our business area.

We employ and support people with mental illnesses, emotional disabilities, or addiction, as they struggle to find employment in a purely efficiency-oriented work environment.

At Hofgut Richerode, we breed fattening bulls, cattle, pigs, and chickens. In addition, we cultivate 280 hectares of farmland with various types of grain, as well as potatoes and turnips.

Working in our WfbM not only enables clients to participate in social life, but also has a positive impact on their physical health, mental stability, and social integration.
