Job DescriptionWhat will I be doing?
A VIP Sales Executive presents the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our guests and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company
Additional Requirements:
Survey toured guests about their thoughts with regard to our product and sell the VIP program to generate vacation ownership sales.
Continuously improve product knowledge in order to enhance selling skills and effectively answer questions during the sales process.
Our sales task is to sell the prospect on the features and benefits that ownership and access to the Hilton Grand Vacation Club will afford them.
Present a professional sales representation of our products and services and meets and/or exceeds company and personal sales goals of the assigned market.
Able to work both individually and on a team of Sales professionals to achieve goals
Provide accurate information and communication to all managers.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2+ years of direct sales experience preferably in consumer sales
Demonstrated success in the sale of luxury-tier goods or services
Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
