Job description
This unique opportunity with Glass Doctor of Volusia and

Flagler County is for someone ready to jump in with both feet and help drive

this location forward.

The Operations Manager should be a high-energy professional

who is hands on as we grow the business. Being proactive and self-motivated

with a demonstrated ability to lead a team from the front lines of the business

while creating a high energy culture and providing exceptional customer

service. Ideally, to qualify for this

role, you will have experience in the different facets critical in small

business:
sales, on-the-ground marketing, administration, operations and

leading a small team of people.

Key responsibilities

of this position will include (but not be limited to):

Servicing our customers, and the needs of the business
Maintain a family friendly and customer first work culture

and ensure teams have a customer first focus. While maintaining the needs of the

business.

Ensuring highquality execution for all jobs; monitoring

satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise

Maintaining accurate information related to sales, estimates,

and other operational details using our business systems. (Service Titan)

Build & maintain relationships with customers, builders,

realtors, property managers and other service companies within companies'

target markets to increase salesComfortable using and training with home

services technology
