Description

• Plan, organize, and execute various events such as conferences, fundraising, hair and cosmetics, grand opening, community events, and social gatherings and more.
• Serves as a secondary Development Coordinator for annual donation drives including:
• Back to School, Thanksgiving, Holiday, and Mother's Day
• Facilitate optimal utilization of volunteers in the Development area and be responsible for recruiting and implementing volunteers.
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to deliver tailored event experiences
• Market events to attract attendees and sponsors
• Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure costeffective event planning
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while ensuring a seamless guest experience
• Positive individual with a friendly demeanor and a customercentered disposition
• A highly selfmotivated disposition, lots of initiative, thinking outside the box, and coming up with creative and innovative methods to achieve goals.
• Excellent and efficient organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work well on own initiative as well as under supervision and as part of a global team.
• Calm and professional customer service skills, even when working under pressure.

• Proven experience in event coordination or related field
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
• Knowledge of event marketing strategies to promote events successfully
• Experience in the entertainment and sales industry
• Proficiency in events management software is a plus
