Your responsibilities:


  • Execution of construction sites in coordination with the site manager while adhering to technical and economic requirements
  • Participation in meetings with the site manager and foreman to ensure timely construction progress
  • Support of the foreman in managing construction personnel (inhouse and subcontractors)
  • Assistance to the foreman in ensuring a timely, highquality, and costeffective construction process, as well as implementing safety and health measures

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training, ideally with additional qualification as a foreman
  • Several years of experience as a foreman preferred
  • Class B driver's license
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for nationwide assignments
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Teamwork, initiative, resilience, and assertiveness
