On behalf of our renowned client in Höchst im Odenwald, we are currently looking for a motivated
Electrical Master (m/f/d) in full-time.

Your responsibilities:

You have operational responsibility for the workshop and assembly area
You coordinate daily operations (personnel deployment planning, material disposition, use of operating resources, and monitoring with external service providers)
You are responsible for occupational safety and compliance with technical standards, including the implementation of safety inspections (DGUV-V3)
You train and support employees/apprentices

Your profile:

Completed electrical vocational training (m/f/d) with additional qualification as an electrical master or electrical technician
Professional experience in the operational area is an advantage
High affinity for occupational safety and technical contexts
Strong customer and service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork
