Mission of the Position:


Key Criteria/Requirements:

Pioneer Academics seeks a staff member with experience in school admissions or education-related academic network development.

We welcome those with experience working with students and families with an innovative mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to education.


  • Graduate of a prominent American university with a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Studentcentric mindset and passion for outstanding education experiences
  • One to three years of business development (Outreach) support work experience in education, preferably in higher education or secondary education.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills for working with students, faculty and educational administrators
  • Highly selfmotivated and directed with ability to work independently as well as coordinating and supporting a team
