- Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum five years of curriculum development, instructional design, and/or teaching experience at secondary and/or university level
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in curriculum and instruction, instructional design, and online learning
- Supervisory experience with reviewing and providing feedback to instructors
- Ability to work with academically gifted students is preferred
- Experience in online or hybrid course development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and instructional technology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction

Mission of the Position: The Program Manager, Curriculum Development oversees curriculum design and instructional materials implementation for the Pioneer Research program and Global Problem Solving Institute (GPSI) under the Director of Academic Research & Development. This role acts as a communications hub, keeping function heads and leadership informed of program performance, collaborative needs, and mitigation strategies.
Key Criteria/Requirements: This role demands resourcefulness, flexibility, ingenuity, and a strong sense of ownership of results. The Program Manager must demonstrate a creative, solution-oriented approach by anticipating issues and proposing timely solutions, with a service-oriented focus towards students, faculty, and stakeholders.
