    Job Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop requisite plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
    • Communicate with leadership and Clinic Administrator to aid in the development of company best practice.
    • Relationship building: focused attention on individual relationships with patients and referral sources.
    • Willingness to learn statistical/data tracking software. Able to achieve company productivity requirement.
    • Proficient in both hard and soft skills in regard to patient care and case management.

    Requirements:

    • We are looking for someone who is compassionate and enjoys communicating with others. We want someone who interested in taking an active role in both the individual patient experience and also in the growth of the company. It's imperative that you feel capable to solve issues in real-time and to help support your leadership and clinical team in daily operations of the clinic.

    Qualifications

    • Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
    • Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in PA
