Responsibilities:

Workforce planning
Personnel management
Process optimization
Import processing / Export processing
Processing of incoming customer orders
Freight handling and ensuring timely delivery
Import customs clearance in ATLAS and NCTS procedures
Customs clearance
Preparation of export documents
Examination of import documents
Data maintenance in the merchandise management system

Qualifications:

Management experience in the respective departments (advantageous)
Commercial education (advantageous in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping)
Knowledge of customs regulations
Export processing
Import processing
Experience in the respective fields (advantageous)
Independent, organized and structured way of working
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel
Fluent in German
