Quality Technician at Culloden, GA

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer support
  • Timely processing of customer issues and complaints according to Corp 10.
  • Complaint handling and problem solving
  • Series monitoring according to test plans and specifications
  • Conducting and documenting product audits according to Corp 9.
  • Conducting and documenting process optimization analyses
  • Documenting and monitoring actions and deadlines
  • Maintaining a complete quality documentation (SAP, control charts, records, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Quality technician, technical degree, or master's degree
  • Quality certification such as QA, QMB, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of quality assurance/statistics and sampling systems
