HERE YOU WILL WORK:


We are looking for an office clerk for customer service in a direct placement for a sustainable and locally established service provider in the environmental sector in the public sector.


THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:


  • You are responsible for order acceptance, processing and handling
  • Your tasks also include maintaining master data and organizing appointments
  • You always communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner and process their inquiries on time
  • You are also responsible for followup of customer inquiries and are available as a contact person for any questions
  • You support other departments to ensure an efficient and customeroriented workflow

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have a commercial education and ideally have already gained some professional experience
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and also have an affinity for digitizing work processes
  • You convince with a high level of consulting skills and customer orientation
  • Finally, you enrich the team with your strong organizational skills and your friendly and teamoriented nature
