For our human resources department, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) at the AGAPLESION MARKUS HOSPITAL location as soon as possible, in full-time or part-time.

Your tasks:


  • Support of the department management in daily operations (including covering absences)
  • Further development of the human resources department and associated structures and processes
  • You are the contact person for colleagues and managers for all personnelrelated issues
  • You are the contact person for our central service, which handles our payroll
  • Project management including operational involvement

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in business law, health economics or business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable qualifications
