Communication Trainer (m/f/d): for our sales centers in Dortmund, Stuttgart, and Berlin, as well as our customer service center dialocx in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

In your role, you will be responsible for the conceptual development and implementation of training measures in the areas of communication, inbound, outbound, or sales.
Projectbased, you will develop individually tailored coaching concepts and finetune them with project managers.
You will also support our sales and customer service centers in implementing coaching measures.
To maintain standards, you will create and update documentation and knowledge collections that support the transfer of knowhow.

Profile:

Ideally, you have completed further training as a communication trainer or have a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you can provide a certified trainthetrainer education.
You engage participants with your strong rhetorical skills and empathetic trainer personality.
