Responsibilities
- Creation, tracking, and negotiation of offers
- Customer support in the back office
- Independent planning and coordination of audits with a focus on quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems
- Monitoring of audit dates and ensuring timely followup
- Management of own customer base and collaboration with the sales team
- Recording and maintenance of customer data in SAP
- Conducting auditor searches with a focus on economic aspects
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Minimum of three years of professional experience
- Strong customer orientation
- Resilience and selfinitiative
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Previous knowledge in quality management is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good written and verbal English skills
