We are currently looking for a state-recognized pedagogical specialist (part-time and full-time) in Ogilvie, MN, preferably with additional training in integration or willingness to complete the training (costs covered by the employer).


Responsibilities:

  • Caring for, supporting, and accompanying children aged 1 year to school entry
  • Implementation of the educational and developmental mandate, in accordance with the pedagogical concept and the Berlin Education Program (BBP)
  • Collaboration with parents and the team
  • Participatory work with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with:

  • In-depth pedagogical knowledge in early childhood education
  • Experience working with children and parents
  • Knowledge of the Berlin Education Program
  • Openness and enthusiasm for children's topics
  • Collaborative approach to working with families
