in the administrative departments of Human Resources, Purchasing, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable Management YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will work closely with department managers and teams in Order Processing, Accounting, Project Management, Purchasing, and Service, and primarily be responsible for the following tasks:

Processing, managing, and invoicing orders for spare parts and service
Monitoring orders and ensuring timely deliveries
Coordinating recruitment and communication with applicants
Managing employee time tracking, organizing training, and processing travel expenses
Monitoring and recording customer payments, collecting outstanding balances with project managers
