Your responsibilities:


  • Acceptance, documentation and timely and proper processing of customer orders in the area of sea freight export
  • Customs clearance of exports using ATLAS
  • Preparation of all necessary shipping and export documents
  • Checking incoming invoices from service providers
  • Personal support and advice for customers
  • Handling of complaints

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of sea freight export, as well as in customs clearance
  • Very good English skills in spoken and written form, as well as proficient use of common MS Office products
  • High selfmotivation, willingness to learn, independent work style and commercial mindset
  • Flexibility and team spirit
