Your Responsibilities:


As part of the shipping team, you will be responsible for picking and packing our mostly refrigerated pharmaceuticals according to customer orders.


Your main tasks will include:
- labeling our own preparations and finished pharmaceuticals
- selling finished pharmaceuticals from pharmacy inventory
- booking out of Securpharm
- combining our productions with accompanying medication and finished pharmaceuticals
- printing delivery notes for the entire shipment
- and packaging approved productions by pharmaceutical staff according to customer requirements.

***Your other tasks will include regularly checking the stock of stored pharmaceuticals for quantity and expiration dates, as well as regularly evaluating and calibrating our temperature data loggers. As a liaison, you will have various interfaces with order acceptance, production, pharmaceutical staff in shipping, and downstream logistics.


Your Profile:


  • You have completed vocational training as a pharmaceuticalcommercial assistant (m/f/d), specialist for warehouse logistics, or another equivalent logistics training
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in picking/packing refrigerated pharmaceuticals
  • You have a careful, structured, and teamoriented way of working and are excited to be a member of a young team
  • Working with various IT systems is not a problem for you
  • You are willing to work in shifts (early shift 06:30 15:00 / late shift approx.
12:00 - 20:30)

  • Your availability is 40 hours per week
  • You are willing to work on Sundays
