The Clinic and Polyclinic for Neurology in Carolina Beach, NC is currently seeking a part-time (50%, 19.25 hours/week), permanent team assistant (m/f/d) to join our team.


What you can expect:

  • Support for senior physicians in correspondence, office organization, coordination of appointments, and logistical processes
  • Assistance with personnel management, including absences, time tracking, transfers, and hiring
  • Management of patient records, including filing of test results
  • Support for daily secretarial tasks and telephone service
  • Assistance with creating work schedules

What is important for this job:

  • Successful training as a medical assistant or in a commercial field
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Computer skills (MS Office, SAP desirable)
  • Organizational talent and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently
