    Accredo Packaging, Inc.

    manufactures and supplies sustainable high value added, flexible packaging, predominantly for the pre-packaged foods and consumer products markets in North America.

    We achieve state of the art, environmentally responsible, flexible packaging conversions by combining the best people in the industry with the latest available technologies.

    We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician, entry-level position, for our Sugar Land, Texas facility.


    The IT Support Tech position is the first point of contact for all Accredo staff seeking technical assistance for technological issues related to hardware, software, network technologies, mobile devices, and applications at Accredo Packaging.

    Hours: 8am-5pm

    Hourly Rate:
    $20.00 per hour

    Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:


    • Responding to questions from callers, e-mailers, and walk-ins regarding technology problems.
    • Generating problem tickets to track, diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues in ticketing system.
    • Escalating problems and other issues to other IT support.
    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware, software, network technologies, or mobile device problems.
    • Continuously honing technical expertise and staying up to date on the latest technologies.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    The ideal candidate shall possess the following:

    Education & Experience:
    High school diploma required; IT-related degree strongly preferred


    • 1+ years' experience in an IT related support position. Knowledge of personal computers, printers, other peripheral equipment, Microsoft products such as Windows 7/8/10 and Office 365, and other applicable enterprise software.
    • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Desire and ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
    • Problem solving skills to assess technical issues and determine an effective course of action for resolution.
    • Ability to follow instructions, work under supervision, and multi-task.
