Responsibilities:

Planning, controlling, and monitoring modernization and maintenance projects
Commissioning, coordinating, and monitoring external companies
Property monitoring, including acceptance and documentation
Commercial and technical property management

Qualifications:

You have ideally completed training in the field of building technology.
You have gained professional experience in technical building management.
Basic commercial knowledge completes your profile.
Reliability and a sense of responsibility characterize your work style.
You are a team player and customer orientation is your top priority.
Good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as a Class B driver's license, complement your qualifications.
