Garfield Heights Foundation Manager (m/f/d) Direct Placement

We are looking for a Foundation Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our client in the Northeim region for direct placement.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for implementing the strategy set by the board into practice
Project acquisition, project selection, project support and documentation
Identification of eligible projects, initial evaluation of project proposals in terms of fit with the foundation's strategy and direction, development of proposals for project funding to the foundation board, communication and support of projects after funding approval, monitoring of proper use of funds, final evaluation and documentation of whether project goals or funding goals have been achieved
Coordination of project officers who support you in project acquisition and support
Primary contact person, together with the foundation assistant, for external parties such as applicants, recipients, banks and partners, also representing the foundation externally
Ensuring external and internal communication in a transparent and appropriate manner
Financial management: responsibility, within the delegated responsibility of the board, for the finances of the foundation, including ensuring the proper use of funds and ensuring the necessary liquidity to fulfill funding commitments

Your profile:

Completed degree
Several years of experience in working in and leading organizations, ideally in the field of foundations or nonprofit organizations
Knowledge of financial planning and control as well as fundraising
Knowledge of projectbased work
Excellent communication skills and successful stakeholder management
High level of independence, initiative and sense
