We are looking for a telephone customer service representative (m/f/d) for our client in the insurance industry in Hamburg - Hammerbrook.

Your responsibilities:

After thorough training, provide advice to our existing customers over the phone on all offered insurance products
Process inquiries and make changes to contracts
Handle customer complaints
Assist customers through chat and email

Your profile:

Experience in telephone customer service
Proficient in correspondence handling
Confident and friendly telephone manner, with a passion for helping customers with their inquiries
Flexible working hours are a given for you
