Description
Universal City is looking for design assistants who are the practical partners of the designer.

They combine creative skills with solid knowledge and develop clear concepts from designs, taking into account aesthetic, technical, economic, and functional conditions.

These concepts are then presented and implemented. The assistants work with industry-specific software and hardware to act in a customer-oriented manner.

We are currently seeking a state-certified design assistant (m/f/d) for a two-year training program at Semper Bildungswerk. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

The training program will cover topics such as art history, form and color theory, freehand drawing, and presentation techniques.

Participants will also learn about print and screen design using industry-specific software, as well as product and font design, three-dimensional design, space design, technology, communication, and artistic printing techniques.

In addition, there will be classes in German, mathematics, English, and business administration.

Upon completion of the program, our graduates have opportunities in advertising, design, presentation, and the creative departments of service providers or manufacturers.

Many of our graduates go on to study design, photography, product design, interior design, or art therapy at universities or technical colleges.

It is important to note that this program leads to a professional qualification and a technical college entrance qualification.

The program lasts for two years, including a practical internship. Our team at the school will be happy to provide personal information and advice on funding options.
