This is a Full time, day shift, Front Office position working in our Northwest Allied Physician Clinics supporting Oro Valley Hospital

Summary:


Provides non-clinical support services to an outpatient clinic including greeting, instructing and directing patients and visitors upon entry into the clinic.

Provides a variety of scheduling, insurance, billing and office support administrative tasks. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.


Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:


Required:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience


Experience:


Required:
One (1) year experience in health related field or graduate of a Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA)

Preferred:
Knowledge of insurance plan eligibility processes; experience dealing with customers face to face or by phone
