WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

For one of our cooperation partners, we are currently seeking a state-recognized educator, special education teacher, or pedagogue with a comparable bachelor's degree for a residential group home (HzE team) in Mahlsdorf, North Manchester, IN.

The facility has 15 spots for children and adolescents aged 6-18, including an intensive residential group with 8 spots and a low-intensity group with 7 spots.

The facility is staffed 24/7, with shifts covering all hours of the day and night.

HERE'S WHAT YOUR WORKDAY WILL LOOK LIKE

You will support children and adolescents based on their individual care plans
You will accompany them in their daily activities and leisure time, as well as on group trips
You will provide reliable care and support during conflicts and crises
You will work with parents, youth welfare offices, and other relevant parties and caregivers
You will work in shifts to ensure roundtheclock care, including weekends and holidays, and be available to cover for absent staff members
