We are currently looking for motivated student workers for our Customer Care department in Orting, WA.


Your tasks:


  • Clarifying questions about our various products
  • Processing tickets and forwarding them to the appropriate department
  • Offering and explaining products
  • Scheduling appointments for our field staff
  • Administrative tasks

Your profile:


  • Technical understanding
  • Empathy and patience with older individuals
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus

Key information:


  • Start date: immediate
  • Weekly workload: 1520 hours (23 days per week)
  • Flexible working hours, to be arranged
  • Longterm position
